The company has acquired a 50% stake in both the Terminal Santa Catarina (TESC – formerly named Terminal Babitonga) and in WRC, the main container operator at the public port of Sao Francisco do Sul. WRC was previously joint-owned by three partners: Wilson, Sons, Rochaport and Cargolink (hence its initials). Wilson, Sons, however, has decided to sell its stake, allowing Grupo Dragados to acquire an interest in both companies.
