Fresh faces unveiled at ICTSI

Mr O’Neil was previously ICTSI’s chief financial adviser and, concurrently, senior vice president and chief financial officer of ICTSI Ltd, the subsidiary in charge of the company’s overseas operations. He will retain these positions when he takes on the new job.

Before joining ICTSI, Mr O’Neil (46) was managing director of investment bank JP Morgan & Co and also a director of JP Morgan Capital Group. During his seven years there he served as a director of ICTSI International Holdings Corp.

ICTSI has also appointed Vivien Manaña as vice president and senior administration officer, Susan Domingo as its new vice president and corporate controller and Patricia Debuque as assistant manager for corporate accounting.
