Kalmar sells 1,000th F-series reachstacker

In its development phase, the F-series was carefully designed and tested to prepare it for future technical solutions. Comprehensive live testing meant it offered exceptional reliability from the very first delivery, according to the company.

“The reachstacker is a flexible, cost-effective solution for quickly establishing or expanding loading terminals when streamlining infrastructure. Therefore we believe that reachstackers will continue to enjoy solid growth for many years to come,” said Per Rosengren, Kalmar’s product line manager for reachstackers.

Kalmar also reports booming sales for its new i-model tractor range, which it describes as the world’s first intelligent terminal tractor. Launched in spring this year, the i-model has already attracted more than 50 orders from customers such as the Port of Gothenburg, Stena Line, Rauma Stevedoring and DFDS Tor Line.
