“You have earned the respect of Gottwald,” said Giuseppe Di Lisa, the company’s sales director. “With devotion and sales expertise you have provided an outstanding service to Gottwald and our customers. And your efforts will benefit both our company and port operators for years to come. We applaud this hard work and commitment.”
The partnership began back in June 1966, when Dott. Bartoli co-founded CIBI in Savona. In December 1966 he sold his first Gottwald crane, a diesel-electric MK 110 harbour crane, to Fiat Ferriere in Vado Ligure. Since then, he has helped make Italy the most important market for Gottwald’s mobile harbour crane concept, with more than 140 units sold across the country. The latest to be installed were two new Generation 5 200-tonne G HMK 8710 MHCs, delivered to the Port of Carrera at the end of 2005.
