NFTI is well located to serve both the French and UK container markets, and specialises in refrigerated cargo. Its main shipping lane has a water depth of 17.5 m, and is capable of serving the next generation of container ships. In 2005 the terminal handled 205,000 teu, with CMA CGM and Maersk Line among its major customers. In the near future it plans to add a further two ship-to-shore cranes to its current fleet of four to boost its capacity to 500,000 teu a year.
