New Spain–Scandinavia logistics partnership

GreenCarrier, part of the Swedish Bjork.Eklund Group, is already well established in the Spanish market, with its subsidiary in Bilbao having developed a close relationship with the wine trade between Spain and Scandinavia. Some of the subsidiary’s staff will join the TIBA office in Bilbao.

TIBA, a member of the Romeu Group, has offices throughout Spain and GreenCarrier hopes that by forming a partnership with this larger organisation, it will increase its penetration of the Spanish market. In return, TIBA gains a partner with a strong presence in Sweden and Norway, with offices in Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Karlstad, Linköping, Stockholm, Skellefteå, Luleå and Oslo, as well as growing links with the Baltic States, Russia and other Eastern European countries.

Both companies will be looking to grow market share in the beverage logistics sector, but will also provide a complete range of air-, sea- and road-based logistics services for all types of cargo.
