Creighton takes over at Seattle
Mr Creighton, who was elected to the port commission in 2005, is an attorney with considerable experience in international transactions, a past co-president of the Seattle World Trade Club and a graduate of Johns Hopkins and Columbia universities. He succeeds Patricia Davis as chairman of the five-member board.
