Chain hoist tester from tecsis

The KPS35 consists of a force transducer with an integrated handle and a display unit. It incorporates two chain adapters and three centring sleeves, which allow it to be used with any type of chain hoist in the specified load range.

To perform the test, the force transducer is inserted into the chain and travels upwards with it against the base of the chain hoist, blocking the chain. The display unit reads off the force at which the friction clutch operates, and processes the signal returned by the force transducer. Up to 99 different data sets can be stored and transferred to a PC via an infrared interface.
