Cooperation on UK-Poland links
Following a welcome address by Rafal Wiechecki, Poland’s Minister of Maritime Economy, there will be presentations by three Polish ports – Gdansk, Gdynia and Szczecin – and by two companies that have invested heavily in Poland: C Hartwig, a major forwarder and part of the Agility Group, and DCT Gdansk, operator of the new deep-sea terminal due to open in Gdansk on June 1.
Co-organised by the magazine Baltic Transport Journal, the seminar commences at the Embassy (47 Portland Place, London W1B 1JH) at 3pm. Following the formal presentations, there will be an opportunity to network with leading figures from the Polish ports, shipping and logistics sectors.
