The simulator will be installed at DP World’s training facility in Dubai. It features tandem-lift technology and also incorporates an EVa system as an added application. EVa is a web-based evaluation tool that allows customers to organise relevant appraisal information for students and instructors using the simulator.
“Not only is the MPRI hiCRANE2 simulator a quality, high-tech addition to our existing training programme, but it provides us with a way to assess the performance of both our instructors and trainees. This added value increases efficiency within our training programme,” said John Pugh, line manager, DP World Jebel Ali.
