The assets comprise a building area of approximately 74,000 sq m and land of roughly 240,000 sq m. The aggregate sale price was €30.5m. As a result of the transaction, Konecranes will book a capital gain, after transaction costs and taxes, of approximately €12.8m in the second quarter of 2007. The full cash flow effect is estimated to materialise during the summer, at the latest, according to the company.
