Bidding documents are obtainable in person at PRIFA’s office in Hato Rey, at a cost of $1,000. The mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Port of Ponce Administration Building on May 3, and sealed bids must be submitted by 3pm on May 23.
Bidders must furnish a 5% bid bond in the total amount indicated in the bid, and must also obtain certification from the General Service Administration. PRIFA and PAA reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to recommend to the board the most advantageous bid to the PAA. Contract documents may be examined, free of charge, at PRIFA’s office.
