Zhou to head ICTSI’s China terminal

Before joining ICTSI, he was chief management consultant with TheChoice Management Technologies Co., Ltd., a business he set up with partners in 2003 to provide management, consultancy and training services to Chinese port companies. He was process improvement manager for Central Asia with Sea-Land Service in Hong Kong from 1996 to 1998, and was with CSX World Terminals from 1999 to 2002, as one of three joint venture managers for CSX Orient Container Terminal in Tianjin.

A Canadian citizen, Zhou holds a master’s degree in mathematics from Beijing University and master’s degrees in operations research and business administration from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.
