Honorary doctorate for Chang
The Russian Academy of Transport confers honorary doctorates to commemorate major achievements by individuals in the field of transportation. Dr Chang is the first Asian entrepreneur to receive this honour.
This is the sixth honorary doctorate that Dr Chang has received. He has previously been awarded degrees from institutions in Taiwan, the UK and the USA.
