Joining the 803 teu Samskip Explorer on the service is the 366 teu Ute S, which will sail from the Swedish port of Helsingborg each Friday to arrive in Hull on Sunday and Rotterdam on Tuesday. The ship will then sail directly from Rotterdam to Helsingborg. Meanwhile Samskip Explorer maintains its regular weekly schedule, linking the ports of Helsingborg, Varberg, Hull, Zeebrugge and Rotterdam.

According to Jens Holger Nielsen, CEO of Samskip Multimodal Container Logistics, the new schedule, which commenced on 3 September, better meets the needs of customers in Sweden and the Benelux countries.
