ACL inaugurates service at PNCT

PNCT, owned by Ports America, Inc., a wholly-owned company of the AIG Global Investment Group, is the most advanced multi-purpose container terminal on the US East Coast. It covers 178 acres and 4,400 ft of deepwater wharf, and has the capacity to handle in excess of 1m teu a year.

It can accommodate super post-Panamax vessels utilising state-of-the-art container cranes, including two new ZPMC units. It also has an expanded straddle carrier fleet, advanced terminal management systems and gate technology, and a near-dock rail facility for its exclusive use.
