First call at Le Havre’s Terminal Porte Océane
During this first call around 300 import and export teu were handled with two of the terminals’ four recently delivered ZPMC gantry cranes. The other two super post-Panamax gantries are scheduled to come on stream in the next few weeks. A third berth is to be commissioned in 2010.
The two-berth, 600,000 teu capacity TPO is the second terminal in Port 2000 and is located next to the PortSynergy’s (CMA CGM and DP World) Terminal de France.
Since July 2007, Port 2000 has been in the second phase of its development which involves the construction of 2,100 m of additional quay
