Carrier designed the PrimeLINE unit specifically to reduce environmental impact and lifecycle cost through exceptional efficiency. The PrimeLINE unit features a digital scroll compressor that is compatible with the product’s environmentally sound R-134a refrigerant. “It’s the most energy efficient container refrigeration unit on the planet,” said Chiou. “Fleets using the unit can reap large financial savings in reduced energy requirements, while also significantly reducing emissions related to power generation.”
