New rail wagon order
105 low-sided 90 tonne box wagons will support EWS Network’s seven-year infrastructure haulage contract with Network Rail. The first fifteen wagons are due to arrive in the UK in January; the balance will be delivered in batches, with the final wagons expected in latespring.
In France, Euro Cargo Rail has received the first 44 units of an order for 150 aggregate wagons. The remaining 90-tonne wagons are due for delivery early next year.
