New Container Mover from Meclift

The ML35CM has a sturdy frame with two rear wheels. The telescopic main beam enables adjustability for different lengths of container, and the front and rear cross beams can be adjusted 200 mm sideways to match the container sides. The whole system is raised and lowered hydraulically, and has sufficient height to handle trailer-mounted containers. When lowering the container to the ground, the twistlocks open automatically as soon as the container is pressed against the twistlock sensors.

The terminal tractor’s hydraulic pump is used to supply oil to the Container Mover’s hydraulic system, and its hydraulic functions are controlled from the tractor’s control panel. The ML35CM is equipped with an electrically-operated central lubrication system. Maintenance is made easy by steplessly adjustable, self-lubricating wear-resistant slide pads in the telescopic beams, which can be changed without dismantling the frame structure.

The ML35CM weighs 16 tonnes and has a lifting capacity of 35 tonnes. Its length is adjustable from 9.8 m to 15.3 m and its height from 3.9 m to 5.35 m, and it is 4.2 m wide.
