The TJ9000 LNG is fitted with the Cummins Westport ISL G engine, which meets US EPA and CARB 2010 emissions standards a full two years ahead of schedule. The tractor has a 77,000 lb planetary axle, ideal for use in heavy-duty applications, a GCW of 242,000 lb and a minimum gradability of 100,000 lb at 21%. It also incorporates the latest innovations in electrical design, featuring a Vehicle Electrical Centre (VEC) combined with the latest multiplexer technology.
