APBA Board Backs TTI Algeciras Concession
The concession comprises the occupation and operation of a 292,910 sq m surface area comprising a 57,990 sq m manoeuvring zone and two quaylines of 650 m (east) and 550 m (north).
TTI Algeciras intends to construct a semi-automated public container terminal with manually controlled quayside cranes and remote controlled yard cranes.
TTI Algeciras forecasts that operations will commence at the terminal in the summer of 2010.
