CMA CGM boss joins Port of Tyne board

As senior representative of CMA CGM UK, which has a total of 450 staff in nine locations in the country, Boardley is responsible for the UK ship management for container vessels and short-sea shipping and for the liner agency of the four CMA CGM brands in the UK, including Australian National Line, Delmas and MacAndrews’ Iberian and Poland services.

Boardley started his career as a graduate trainee with OCL in 1978, after gaining an MA (Hons) in Engineering Science from Oxford University. The Port of Tyne is one of the largest trust ports in the UK and a key player in the Tyne and Wear region of northeast England.
