New cranes for Batumi
The acquisition is part of BICT’s plan to upgrade container handling capability with a view to making it the leading trading gateway in the Black Sea. According to the company the commissioning of the cranes has attracted the interest of several shipping lines which are apparently now showing interest in calling at BCT.
