Spark Response was founded as a specialist in brochure and catalogue fulfilment and has grown in strength and experience in the rapidly evolving home shopping market. It now manages end-to-end fulfilment operations for a variety of clients, handling everything from customer internet orders to large-scale retail replenishment and trade orders. It operates both inbound and outbound contact centres at its 170,000 sq ft site Gateshead site, with a client portfolio that includes household names such as E.ON, One NorthEast and Toys R Us, as well as prominent e-commerce retailers.
