New container service from Antwerp to Finland
Merilinja Oy has started this European service in response to market requirements. “The new container operation will among others serve the needs of the mining industry and producers of consumer goods,” said Dick Fraser, the European representative of the port of Kollola. The company chose the Port of Antwerp, he said, “because of the excellent access that it offers to the US, East Asia and the European hinterland”.
