Inaugural call at Port of Tarragona

This was the vessel’s inaugural call at Tarragona on the ME3 service, which will lead her on a rotation of Gioia Tauro, Port Said, Suez Canal, Salalah, Jebel Ali, Jawaharlal Nehru, Salalah, Jeddah, Aqaba, Suez Canal, Port Said, Gioia Tauro, Algeciras and Port of Tangier, before returning to Tarragona.

With a displacement of 66,526 tonnes, 178.01 m length, 40 m beam and a draught of 24.30 m, the ship has a capacity of 5,468 teu, of which 500 teu consists of reefers. The ship is the largest to date to call at DP World’s Tarragona terminal, which is located on the Andalusia Wharf. Four other vessels operate on the line, offering customers weekly frequency.
