New cranes start operation at ICTSI Ecuador unit

A simple ceremony was held at the Libertador Simon Bolivar maritime terminal, at which a marker was unveiled commemorating the start of a new standard in port operations. The cranes are the first of their kind to be used in Ecuador and are the most modern container-handling equipment in the country. The event was attended by officials and local authorities from a number of government sectors.
