Under the title ‘Project Byng’, the company has built a number of different modules into one easy to use software package that is capable of working across all different sectors, including ports.

Rostima’s flagship software ‘Enterprise Plus’ is the central tool that integrates with other applications and incorporates workforce planning, optimised scheduling, time and attendance. Its configurability allows user to increase productivity, improve profitability and enhance operational efficiency by matching workload to staff resources.

Once in place, the software abolishes regional differences between sites scheduling and helps to alleviate operational inconsistencies across locations and staff headcount. In this way, the software provides a single location to monitor scheduling, thus eliminating the manual process of centralising all information.
