Le Havre’s half year figures down on last year
Liquid bulks rose by 1.4% and dry bulks rose by 2.1% . However, containerised trade declined by just over 9% to 10.8m tonnes compared with 11.9m tonnes previously, with containers declining significantly by 8% to 1.1m teu.
In all, around 3,200 vessel calls have been recorded at the Port since the beginning of the year 2009, up by a total of 1%.
