Evergreen Line increases rates

At the same time the company is to increase its rates on its Europe to Mediterranean Sea trade, by US$ 75 for 20ft and US$150 for 40ft containers.

All the new rates will be effective from 1 November (on board rate) and will apply to all cargo and commodities, including reefers and special equipment

According to Evergreen the move is necessary because of increasing operation costs and the need to ‘maintain reliable service for valuable customers’.
