Four proud Colombian professionals

The four, Alejandro Oliveros, director of bulk cargo operations; Guillermo Torres, director of accounting; Hugo Rincón, director of maintenance; and Oscar Maldonado, director of land operations are employed by the Muelles el Bosque terminal in Cartagena and an AAPA Sustaining member.

Alejandro Oliveros’ PPM® paper is a study of bulk cargo operations in Colombia. Guillermo Torres analyses the export container supply chain with emphasis on port selection criteria. Hugo Rincón focuses on the design of a training programme on techniques and technology for cargo transport logistics and Oscar Maldonado assesses the implications of the US/Colombia free trade agreements for dry bulk cargo terminals in Colombia.
