“The delivery of the 100th reachstacker is an important event. Over the past months we have been working hard to bring production levels up to meet market demand, as well as making significant improvements to our customer service capabilities,” said Carlo Forini, general manager, Terex Port Equipment, Lentigione.
“The new Port Equipment management team was able to act rapidly to significantly improve the availability of spare parts, which allowed us to triple spare parts sales in no time. It has been a big cultural change, but we have rapidly become more versatile and international in the way we approach things. Customer feedback is positive, so it is no surprise that this 100th reachstacker was sent to an overseas customer,” added Forini.
