MAFI and Multirio celebrate the arrival of terminal tractors

The terminal tractor MT25/30YT has been specifically designed to handle all types of container frames including the multi-trailer system. According to Claudio Camargo Penteado, MAFI Brazil’s operations manager, the MT25/30YT is ideally suited for ports and terminal work and its robust build and advanced mechanical structure will provide “prolonged smooth operations” which in turn will ensure better efficiency and less expense in Multirio’s operations.

Acquisition of the tractors is part of an extensive modernisation process to upgrade the terminal to internationally acceptable standards.
