Arkas strengths Mediterranean position

The move follows the opening of a similar operation, “Arkas Maroc SA”, earlier this month (January) in Morocco, the only African country with Mediterranean and Atlantic coastlines as well as being a major hub for north/south and east/west shipping.

During the past 10 years Arkas has continued to open new offices to keep pace with developments and opportunities in the Mediterranean and the Black Sea and to create an integrated service chain. These three new operations increases the number of countries in which the group operates to 15, with a total of 32 offices.

Arkas now operates its own offices in Greece, Italy, Monaco, Spain, Algeria, Morocco, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Libya, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Russia and Georgia.
