New container accommodation unit initiative for Momentum
The accommodation units are manufactured utilising new and pre-inspected second-hand CSC-plated containers to provide the highest standard of units from basic labour accommodation to executive suites.
Produced as a valued added service from the company’s Container Repair Division, the units are designed to cater for residents’ needs from easily accessible electrical sockets near the sleeping area and full safety systems, to shelves in the bathroom for storing accessories. Interiors are insulated with rock wool and lined MDF board to offer superb insulation in both the hottest and coldest environments. The bathrooms are coated with PVC plywood, and exhaust fans and water heaters are fitted as standard. Power is provided from a 32A industrial inlet socket concealed in the lower beam of the container, allowing for easy access.
Units are also manufactured to be completely in-gauge to reduce transport and shipping costs.
