Liebherr for Yemen and Canada
SWL is 60 tonnes under twin lift spreader and 70 tonnes under hookbeam. Hoist speed is 60–150m/min: trolley speed is 180m/min and crane travel speed is 45m/min.
This is the second recent order for Yemen; the previous order which has now been delivered was for two cranes to Port of Hodeidah. Fitted with Liebherr A.C drives, the cranes will be delivered during the Q3, 2011.
In addition, Liebherr is to supply another three RTG cranes to Termont Montreal Inc., Canada. The 16 wheel RTGs with a SWL of 60 tonnes under twin lift telescopic spreader can stack one over five containers high and span six containers plus a truck lane. Hoist speed is 20-50m/min; trolley speed is 70m/min and crane travel speed is 70-130m/min.
