Developing the CT combined transport terminal in Hohenbudberg and the CHEMPARK marshalling yard in Krefeld-Uerdingen is high on the list of projects. When completed, the new CT terminal will allow users direct access to the national and international CT network in addition to providing facilities for processing container and trailer traffic.
“This cooperation represents an important building block in developing our handling capacities, representing an important focus at the Duisburg location in particular,” said Erich Staake, CEO of Duisburger Hafen AG.

As one of the largest chemicals parks in Europe, we are pleased to be looking for common paths to increase the attractiveness of our location with the operator of the largest inland port in the world,” he said.
