The largest order for 13 YSX40E all-electric yard spreaders is for Israel’s Haifa Port Authority: Other orders are for six similar models for DP World El Sokhna in Egypt; five for APM Terminal in Salalah, Oman; five for Simatech Shipping and Terminals in Iran and six for the Port of Alexandria, Egypt.
In addition to the all-electrics, Bromma has won new spreader orders for delivery to Kuwait and Israel, comprising ten STS45 separating twin-lift ship-to-shore spreaders to the Kuwait port of Shuaiba and seven to Ashdod port, Israel
The 2nd generation of yard all-electrics were first introduced by Bromma in 2010 and have several technical enhancements designed to achieve three key benefits: fewer adjustments improving spreader uptime, easier and simpler maintenance and greater overall reliability.
