Holding an Executive MBA, Floe has a diverse background on shipping and terminal business with an extended experience in portfolio management including establishing and operating container terminals and ports throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
With over 25 years of experience in port management, shipping and logistics, Dr Passaro previously worked for multinational companies in 13 different countries, including Haskoning Nederland, Liscont, Eurokai / Eurogate, Hutchison Port Holdings and Dragados SPL. Fluent in several languages, he graduated from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, also studying at the New Yorker International University.
