TSB port community system for BPA

The TSB ‘PLUS’ software system has been designed to increase the efficiency of port operation, improve service quality and create value added service across the maritime industry.

“We are sure that TSB is the right partner to design the BPA-NET for integrating and providing logistics information of Busan Port; users can enjoy seamless information exchange and availability of the port information anytime, anywhere,” said Hee-Soo Park, director of Port IT TF Team in the BPA.

He added that the BPA-NET will provide a ‘gateway’ to strengthen Busan Port by providing an advanced information exchange service, coupled with existing fast and accurate customer service. It is also seen as a way to increase vessel calls and in attracting more cargo traffic.
