Haifa implements Navis SPARCS N4

The TOS was launched in two phases, first at HPC’s Carmel facility and then throughout the remaining three terminals. To ensure a successful implementation during this process, Haifa provided extensive end-user training to prepare users and worked closely with the port community.

“With each day that passes we are more convinced that our decision to choose Navis was the right one,” said Mendi Zaltzman, CEO of Haifa Port.

SPARCS N4 is the latest generation TOS from Navis, allowing customers the flexibility and scalability they need to run their operations at the lowest possible total cost of ownership – from a single terminal to multiple terminals across multiple geographic locations, all within a single instance. In Haifa’s case it is managing all four terminals from a single, central location, increasing operational productivity and efficiency.
