The decision to freeze harbour dues aims to facilitate a return of confidence for container shipping lines and to help recapture trade, a move that was initiated following the implementation of the French port reform.

This latest increase will enable the Port Authority to invest in positive developments in the port, by encouraging improvements to the quality of terminal facilities and by promoting growth in trade.
