Concession controversy in Lazaro Cardenas

For many months, Hutchison Port Holdings (HPH) has been objecting to the decision by the Lazaro Cardenas Port Authority (API) and Mexican government to issue a tender for a second container terminal in the port. Hutchison angrily argued that the tender breached undertakings that it had been given and that there was insufficient demand for a second terminal at present.
