Libra loses TECONDI bid
It has been reported that Libra Terminais, operator of Terminals 35 to 37 in Santos, was keen to acquire TECONDI which would have increased its current market share from 26% to about 44%. However, as a partner, Formitex had the right of first refusal and has chosen to exercise this right to the exasperation of Libra.
