Port Said Container Terminal invites dredging tenders
In March this year and in keeping with the plan, the Suez Canal Authority announced that a new official draft of 13.6 m for the PSCCHC container berths had been approved.
In a further step, PSCCHC has just announced a public tender to dredge alongside its 950 m long container berths. The objective is to increase the draft from 13.2m to 14.5 m and the alongside depth from14 m to 16 m with works commencing at the end of 2012.
