Chinese joint venture for Cargotec
The RCI joint venture will build a new facility at Taicang that will increase Cargotec\’s delivery capacity and the foundation stone of the facility will be laid in June.
According to a company statement, RCI will provide heavy crane solutions globally and “grasp growth opportunities in the Chinese and global markets.”
The venture will focus on ship-to-shore cranes, rubber-tyred (RTG) and rail mounted (RMG) gantry cranes and marine specialty cranes.
