Kalmar will introduce a new “G-Generation” electric forklift in May, when it will enter the 5-9 tonne counterbalance market.
The G-generation concept, already implemented in the company’s DCG90-180 forklift and DRG450 “Gloria” reachstacker, improves the synchronicity between truck and driver, increasing the operators’ productivity and reducing costs of ownership.
The new forklift will feature the EGO cabin. Markedly different to its predecessor, the cabin features major upgrades to ergonomics and visibility.
