Chinese premier to visit Duisburg
As part of his five day trip to Europe, Chinese president Xi Jinping is visiting Duisburg on March 29 in addition to Brussels, Paris and Berlin.
“The visit of President Xi Jingping is a great honor for Duisburg. It shows the significance China attaches to the economic and logistics location. said Erich Staake, CEO of Duisburger Hafen AG.
Logport in Duisburg is the only company visit the Chinese president will make during his trip and at the centre of his visit will be the arrival of the “Yuxinou Train”, which travels up to three times a week between Chongqing in Central China and Duisburg.
