PSA International opens new terminal
PSA International’s LYG-PSA Container Terminal (LPCT) was officially opened yesterday by Lianyungang Municipal Party Committee Member and director-general of Lianyungang Port Authority Wu Yi Qiao, Lianyungang Port Group (LPG) Chairman Bai Li Qun and PSA International Group CEO Tan Chong Meng.
The terminal marks PSA International’s first collaboration with Lianyungang Port Group.
When it is fully developed, LPCT will have a designed capacity of 2.8m teu, 1,700 m of quay length, super post-Panamax quay cranes (23-rows outreach) and a water depth of 16.5 m.
